AM - Running Club at the DSU Track.  1200x4-5.  Ended up getting there a little early to get some extra miles in before everyone arrived.  Ran a bit and chatted with Craig C. I planned to just cruise the intervals and not really push too hard.  Ended up averaging about 3:57 - 4:02, about 5:20 pace for all of them.  Cooled down a bit with Aaron and Derek then ran home. 16 total miles.

PM - Went out for 6 this pm with Aaron M. from the DC.  Nice easy steady pace. 6 miles.

A good workout for your group to try would be 500 meter repeats @ 400 pace. We did 16X500 with 1:1 rest. and it was just enough to get the legs burning. But great overall workout. Body wants to stop at 400, so that last 100 teaches mental toughness.

Hope things are going well for you. Coming down next week, need to stop by the shop and say Hello.
