AM - Took it easy this morning. I really wasn't feeling too hot this morning. However, I was doing better than I was Sat. I ended up doing 5 out and back to OutBack. I like this run because it's flat, but the car exhaust is starting to really bug. 10 miles total.

AM- Nice run this morning. Did my normal out and back and cut it 1 mile short to make it 9. I have been wanting to start doing a little speed work again just to get these legs turning over a bit.  I havn't done anything fast (except for the relay) since the marathon. 3x 1mile (5:40, 5:42, 5:30). Nothing crazy, just a good solid workout. My hip was a little tight, but other than that I felt relaxed and not too labored.

PM - 6 mile run home from the store. Very slow. Hips Really tight. I'm going to spend some time stretching.

AM - 10 miles this morning on my Outback run.  I think I need to start mixing it up a little more. I'm getting tired of this run. Easy.
