Short-Term Running Goals:
Be able to do 5 x 1 mile repeats all under 5:05 pace (flat/ track) by 12/10.
Run between 1:15 - 1:16 at the 2009 Painters Half Marathon in January.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.
Personal:
I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.
Went out and did my ft peirce run. Great moring run. I'm really looking forward to this week. Its like disneyland comes to st george. I was able to get into the pace car for the marathon - thanks to Aaron!
This will be your fastest and easiest marathon to date!
Thank you for your encouragment and help with shoes etc. You have made this first marathon a fun journey. Now I am hoping for the big payoff and a 3:30 finish.....could you go make sure the planets, moon etc, are all lined up for saturday morning????
They have a pace car?! I guess I wouldn't know since I am not up there yet and won't be for some time still . . . see you at the expo!
