Slow and steady 18 this morning. Felt Great - No Watch, No Speed, No Rush, No Stopping.

From my house to 1440 S over to the River trail and Convention Ctr., under the freeway over to Green Valley connected to the Bike path, up to the St George Running Center, and back to the house. Felt pretty good, much better on the way back down to the house.

Holy smokes!!! Are you going for 100 this week?

From Dustin on Feb 11, 2008 at 11:22:37

Man you're an animal. I'm still feeling some sickness. I probably shouldn't have ran last Thursday night, things didn't get much better over the weekend. Hopefully this week will be a little better.

Nice mileage to start off the week (especially coming off a hard 20+ miler on Saturday).

From Superfly on Feb 11, 2008 at 21:26:18

That's a good way to start your week. Hitting 80 will be a lot easier with that already in the bank. Good job!
