Short-Term Running Goals:

Be able to do 5 x 1 mile repeats all under 5:05 pace (flat/ track) by 12/10.

Run between 1:15 - 1:16 at the 2009 Painters Half Marathon in January.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.

I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

I've been reading your last entry for several weeks now. It's good to see you out again. It is still hot, but probably not getting much hotter than it has been....thank goodness. Only about another month of this heat and we will start cooling off. Nice run today, keep it up.
