Great run this morning did my Washington Loop. Good steady pace - dropped it down into the mid 6's for a few miles.  Still a little tired from this weekend.

Hey Steve

Glad to see you survived the weekend. Sounds like everyone had a good time. How is the ankle feeling must be alright, looks like you got in some good miles already today.

Do you still have some comps for the Spectrum 10K?

Hey Steve it was a pleasure getting to know you and why they didnt give you a medal at the finish is beyond me. You did an awesome job getting us around and you didnt have to sub for any of us, whew, what a relief huh? All in all we laughed, we puked, some of us did #2, losing our phone! But it was fun.

Steve,

I'll send you my medal! Thanks for everything, the van, gas, driving, video taping, sponsoring the team, The red face at IHOP, the comments to Kendra about Dave, and everything else that you did for the team. I hope we did you proud. It was tons of fun.

My track kids got some shoes at your store on Friday, when we were gone, and they were super impressed with the service. Thanks!

Could you send out the pics you took at the race to the team?
