Be able to do 5 x 1 mile repeats all under 5:05 pace (flat/ track) by 12/10.

Run between 1:15 - 1:16 at the 2009 Painters Half Marathon in January.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.

I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

Thank you so much for the party and your generosity. I would like to make a housewarming gift for you and Kendra (to use in this house and the next when you do get to sell this one) What is her favorite flower and bird? I'm going to hand paint a gift for her but I want it to be a surprise....try to be subtle but if it doesn't work out that's okay too...
