went out 6 morning.  was really starting to get anxious about getting back outside yesterday.  The run was slow and my lower back is still a little messed up, but other than that it was a really nice run.

Went an easy 7.5 out into the fields.  Nice run - it's great to get going again after SGM. I'm planning on running the Tucson Marathon in Dec.  I'm hoping to be able to pull on a Marathon PR by that time.

Easy 5 this morning on the Dixie College.  Dawson and Tracy showed.  Didn't go too fast but ran the straights at 10k pace and jogged the curves.

Hopefully I will be able to get out again tonight.

Great run today. Felt really good - a little tired the last min though.  Ran from Diamond Valley down to the turkey farm rd to the T-Bone trail and back to the store. Bill, Dave, Mike, Clyde, Bruce and Myself.  We dropped in down to the low 6's for most of the last half of the run.
