Great race this morning! Started at 7am up the canyon in Cedar City with nice temps. Dave H, Steve O, Dustin, Bill, Ruth, and I all had "new PRs".  I didn't feel as good as I thought I would this morning. My heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest at one point.  I think I need to work more with Tempo's and also mentally challenging myself while having my heart rate high.

Good job today, you ran freakishly fast, and that is way cool. Thanks lots for the ride.

Great run Steve. It was good to talk to you for a minute after the race.

Excellent run! You beat my PR with that time. Are you doing the 5K too?

Bummer about those Tangents, I'll have to get something else from you sometime, maybe a cool St. George Running Center singlet! Thanks for checking on that for me, much appreciated.
