Ran with Bill, Dustin & Clyde from

Worthen Park in St. George. Went up to the Red Hill and onto the Desert Reserve and came-out at the Indust. park. The hills killed me at the beginning but ended-up feeling pretty good at the ended even with my cold.

Ran with Bill and Clyde this morning from Chuckawalla Trail Head. We ran the "Black Hill" loop and shortened it by going up Main St. Started off a little Slow and never really was able to pick-it too much. About 4 miles into the run Clyde started seperating from Bill and I and the only way I caught him was when the lights were red. The last two miles were difficult. Tight IT Bands, Glutes, and Lower back. I might need new shoes. I finished about 2 min behind Bill and Clyde. Not a good morning.

Bill, Clyde, Dustin & I ran from the marathon finish up the red hill and over to chuckawalla on the dirt trail. I felt pretty good at the beginning then Clyde started pushing the pace about 2 miles in and continued to push it on the dirt trails. With about 2 1/2 miles left I started having stomach issues and had to slow down a bit.
