Wildbull and I went out this morning.  We ended up doing the Fort Pierce out and back from my house. The first half is uphill and by the time you turn around you feel like you've already done your whole run. It took a while to get into a groove - and by the time I did my legs were shot.

The last mile Bill dropped the pace down to 5:45 pace for the first half and then we went about 8:00 pace the second half of the last mile.

Great morning!
