Went to the SCHS Track this morning for speed. Not the most eventfull morning. Still having a difficult time getting the legs to turn over quickly. So, I only did 2 mile repeats. I was going to do 4 but once I realized I was probably going to do the 3rd repeat at my half marathon pace from over the weekend - I decided to wait for a better day. mile 1 - 5:37, mile 2 - 5:54

Good job getting in some harder miles after the race on Saturday. At least try and get one run in a day all week.

i think the fact that you just raced a half might have something to do the leg turnover. i don't like doing track workouts on tired legs.

When and where Ken. Are you trying to torture me?

Maybe Dave and Bill will want to come too. Clyde will be getting ready for Ogden.
