We'll I'm back. Sorry I've been away for so long. I know many of you have felt neglected not being able to see my workouts and keep tabs on my running life.

Over the last couple weeks we've moved, had a baby and temporarily lost two employees (Mike got Life-Flighted up to SLC - He's going to be fine). I'm still trying to play catch up. Anyways my runs over the last little while have been sporadic and not all were blogged.

This week is back to normal.

8 to the store - easy. 8 back home - steady pace.

I guess a congrats and a sorry are in order. Very happy about the new baby and glad you were able to find a new house. Sorry about the loss of the employees. Was it a car accident?
