Ran with the group this morning ( Dawson, Stacy, Natalie and Myself) at the SCHS track.  Did 800's with them. Nice steady pace - a little slower on the cooldowns. Did not have the Garmin but I think it was around 5 miles total.

Good start to the week. I really struggled yesterday and it has been frustrating not feeling 100%. Hopefully, I can get back in the swing of things before too long.

Steve, what are you doing for a run on Thursday morning? Want to get together for a 14-15 on the course?
