Short-Term Running Goals:

Be able to do 5 x 1 mile repeats all under 5:05 pace (flat/ track) by 12/10.

Run between 1:15 - 1:16 at the 2009 Painters Half Marathon in January.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.

I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

Ran with the Club. I was going to do 20 but decided I only needed to do 15 - Nice Steady pace - Dropped it down to 6 min pace and a little below for a while.

I'm planning on getting back to my normal routine next week.  My ankle has been feeling a lot better.

Thanks again for all your help the other day. I had my massage on Thursday and ran today, while not 100% it did make a difference and I will go back this week.

Sorry I didn't make it over to run, I just did a run here this morning, so I could make it over and watch the track meet. But I should be able to be there on Thursday night.

Looks like you guys had a good run. I nee d to start doing some longer runs, I feel like I'm getting in better shape just need to improve my endurance.

Super job saturday Steve. Your looking like a running animal again. A real machine. I think your going to have a graet year in running.
