Short-Term Running Goals:

Be able to do 5 x 1 mile repeats all under 5:05 pace (flat/ track) by 12/10.

Run between 1:15 - 1:16 at the 2009 Painters Half Marathon in January.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.

I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

Hey Mr Cool, looking good! I want to be like Steve too! Bull, you shave my head and I'll shave yours! We will also have to wear one of those muscle jackets too look like Steve.

Hey Steve i am doing good i think it was just an all out wear out, and everything was a cause of what happened. Ill make sure it doesn't happen again though. I need to pay attention of what my body tells me. Thanks for checking up on me though, your a good friend.
