Get my wekly miles up to 80 by end of Feb 08.

Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.

I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

Hope things are going good. I don't know if you saw the video Paul made of the Wasatch Back, but it had some good clips of each of us running.
