Short-Term Running Goals:

Be able to do 5 x 1 mile repeats all under 5:05 pace (flat/ track) by 12/10.

Run between 1:15 - 1:16 at the 2009 Painters Half Marathon in January.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.

I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

Great run with the guys this morning convention center loop 3 time + 3 miles. We were going to do tempo but everybody was pretty warn down except for Bill.  Good run - all I care about is getting my 80 for the week.

Steve, Where can I find SLC Marathon results? There doesn't seem to be any ongoing results being posted. Have you heard anything from or about Dave?

The only thing I have seen in on the SL Tribune website. Sasha was the first Utah guy in and the winner was a Kenyan with a 2:23.

You didn't need the tempo anyway after Friday. Hey I just emailed you (at the store) about SG Marathon stuff. Let me know about registration - okay. See you for Thursday's run.
