Great run with the guys ( Dave, Clyde, Mike and Myself).  Ran down from Washington to Dam Rd out to the Washington Dam, over to Sand Hallow Rd, up passed Purgatory, left of Telegraph and back to Dave's House.

Kept it steady for most of the run nothing fast. Going up passed Purgatory Clyde picked up the pace a little, then Dave passed us and picked it up a little more - by the time we are about a half mile from the top of the hill poor little Steve was shutting down.  When we got to the light to turn left onto Telegraph my hip flexors and calf were basically shot. So, it was slow slow slow for me the last 5 miles.

Overall I'm happy with the run.  I haven't done a 20 in a while.  I think I would have been fine had I not pushed it up the hill like I did.

It's great to see everyone improving with their goals.

I'm thinking of going 3 later on to get my goal of 70 for the week.

Good job today Steve, and thanks with the help with my new shoes. They felt really good today.

Great week!! You really looked strong, especially going up the hill by Purgatory. Thanks for giving me a lift back to Dave's.

We went to Hurricane Saturday so we grabbed your water bottles on the way back. Clyde has them in his car so remind him next time you see him. Good job!
