Great run this morning with the club from Mike's House - Thanks again to Colleen for the ride the nice refreshment after the run.  And Mike gets no thanks for bringing out the scale.

Anyways, started out on Utah hill and came down all the ways to Mike's house.  Nice steady run pushed it for a few miles. Everyone was looking really strong.

Was planning on hitting 80, but it will have to hold off till next week.  Very happy with the way things are turning out.  I just need to loose 20 lbs.

Steve, I think your being too hard on youself with the scale. Your Mom still loves you! (jk). You had a good week of miles and next week will be even better. I swear, you make me jealous of your running style. You look like your putting out no effort at all and cruising in the 5s. It will be very exciting, to see your next marathon results with some consistent miles behind you. Keep it going!

I cant believe you are up to 220! J/k I am so gullable! One of these days I am going to be able to stick with you guys a little bit longer. Nice job on the miles and I agree with Mike, you make it look too easy!

Good week of training. You guys were hitting some pretty fast miles. Have you decided are you going to run SLC or Ogden. I still haven't signed up for Ogden, but I'm planning on it.

Steve good job sticking the week out and going over 70. Keep up the good work and you'll be having a great race year. It sounds like you guys had a good, fun workout yesterday.
