Short-Term Running Goals:

Be able to do 5 x 1 mile repeats all under 5:05 pace (flat/ track) by 12/10.

Run between 1:15 - 1:16 at the 2009 Painters Half Marathon in January.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.

I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

Great Run with the club - Tobi, Tobi, Phil, Mike, Dave, Marci (Nice finally having a female on a Sat. Run!), Guy from out of Town, Ken Carlson, and myself.  Drove 15 miles up the marathon course from the store - top of Veyo hill  - and came back down to the store.
