Short-Term Running Goals:

Be able to do 5 x 1 mile repeats all under 5:05 pace (flat/ track) by 12/10.

Run between 1:15 - 1:16 at the 2009 Painters Half Marathon in January.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run below 2:30 in the Marathon.

I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

Yuk - running 7 miles on a track sounds like torture. I'll be able to work again starting on July 2, so set me up with some hours or something...

Just checked out last week. Nice job - really 7 years for a 70 mile week? That shows some very good things about your training, your level of running now, your health, and your future. Keep it up.
