I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 3 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.

169lbs !!! Your withering away into dust. Good job on the run. Consistent running- day in day out is the key. You'll be 155lbs before long in this heat.

Bull, come on now, is that anyway to talk about Steve. That head has many good uses, for instance. If you were lost in the wilderness, no flare gun, you would be happy Steve was with you. By the way Steve, great miles and looks like you will be shopping the petite clothing racks now!

I just ran in St. George this morning...it was actually cool compared to Las Vegas yesterday. BTW I got the NB 768 shoes you sent, thank you!
