I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.
AM - 7 miles @ sub 6:20 ave. Really nice morning. Felt much better this morning due to working my hami really well last night. Planning on getting in a couple more miles this evening.
AM - 8 miles slow, slow, slow. I was scheduled to get a massage for my hamstring last night but, April needed to reschedule. I basically was skipping the whole run. I can't wait to get this hami taken care of.
