Great run this morning for the 5th Anual Abraham Lincoln Run. Had a great group of about 30-40 people. Thanks to Red Mt. Spa for having the shuttles take us up to the start.

Nice steady pace most of the way. Got dropped by Clyde and Dave on both hills and had to play catch-up. Once again my stomach started acting up again towards the end of the run. I need to figure something out with that.

Overall it was a great run - and fun seeing everyone else come in at the end. - Oh, and you can't forget the soak in the stream after!

AM - 8 miles out and back to the Dino Bones. Easy.

PM - 10 miles. Started of steady and slowly picked up the pace. It was crazy HUMID and really hot. Just tried to hold on as long as I could. Great workout. 6:36 ave. Grabbed a Dew after the run - AH, refreshment.

AM - Dixie Center Run with the club. Painter's course around Bloomington hills to Bloomington and Back to the DC.

Just wasn't my day today - I had to stop at 6 for a VPB and just couldn't get my stomach to calm down after that. Had a little bit of nausea and decided to cut the run short. Was planning on 15 - I did 11.
