AM- Decided it was time to start bumping the miles back up again since I'm finally feeling good again.  I did the River Rd loop, and cut it a mile short.  Felt really good, just took it easy.

AM - 6 miles out and back. Steady.

PM - Ran home from the store via River Rd Loop extended. I felt really good until about mile 9 and then I started getting tired coming up Washington Fields Rd from the River. 11 miles.

AM- Ran with the guys this morning. We talked about Clydes Win and other randomness. Nice and easy, however the last mile I started getting pretty tired.  I'm glad I don't have another run until tomorrow morning and that's only a 5 miler. 10.2 miles.

AM - 5 miles out and back. Really nice morning about 47F out.

PM - 11 miles total. Met up with the club for our evening run.  Ran with Ben and Craig for the first 6 and then hooked up with the other guys for a little tempo for the last 4.  It ended up not going as well as planned.  I quickly realized I'm still not 100%.  My stomach started acting up as soon as the pace got hard for me and I was done.  Also, at the end I started hacking a little and I feel like I have stuff in my lungs again.  I probably shouldn't have pushed.  Tomorrow is an easy day so I should be OK by Sat.  Great run overall.  Just happy to be out and having a good week. It was also nice to run a little with Ben and Craig and have them come out to the group run.

After the run we ran back and got Ben and added another mile.

AM - I woke up with feeling like my immune system was feeling really run down so I decided just to take the day off and play it safe.

AM- Met-up with the club this morning for a nice run for the new Soccer Park into the Fields and back.  Probably the warmest morning run of the year - about 54F. I love SG!

Fun time chatting with the guys. Nice steady pace in the mid to high 6's.  I was feeling just fine until we hit Foremaster Dr. and Quadsi started dropp'n it.  I just couldn't hold the pace and my stomach started acting up really bad.  Stopped at Maverik for a pit-stop and wasn't able to catch back up.

After today I decided to not run Sand Hallow Marathon.  I just don't feel ready.  I think I will benefit more just sticking to my training and go for UV Marathon.
