AM - I kept trying to figure out what I was going to do this morning. I've been so nervous about my hami.  I ended up spending some good time on it yesterday work'n it out.  I didn't want to go out and do something too crazy though.  I couldn't decide whether to do my track workout I always do two weeks before the marathon or go do tempo with the guys.  I decided it would be safer to stick with the track - if things got bad I could just shut it down, stretch and go slow.

My plan was to do the first one at 5:40-50 and see how I felt.  However, after getting going the first half lap I realized it felt fine and cruised it in.   Here's how they went down:

5:17, 5:07, 5:03

Ended up feeling really strong and relaxed.  I'm actually quite surprised.  Hami didn't bug at all - hips were a little screwy but not too bad.  Aerobiclly I felt like I could go faster, but didn't want to push the leg too much.  Really happy with everything.

Cool down - 9 miles total.

Planning on going out tonight for a slow 4-5 miles.

Nice push! Got the old wheels turning. Lots of WD-40 I'm sure.
